Where do you ship from?

Damaged items?

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within 7 days. Email us at orders@beequeengirl.com.


Wrong size?

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at orders@beequeengirl.com and we'll let you know what your next steps are.


How long will it take to get my order?

We ship out all items within 7-10 business days after your order is placed. Some of our items are custom made or preorders, those take longer to fulfill. If you ordered Bee Queen Active, the approximate turnaround time is 4-5 weeks! After your order is fulfilled it should take approximately 5 days to receive your items! If you are needing a rush order, please contact us ASAP before submitting your order. Email us at: orders@beequeengirl.com.


Do you ship out of the US?

Yes! We love spreading the Bee Queen Girl movement all over the world! International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees. International orders will take approximately 2-3wks after fulfillment depending on your location!


What if my size is out of stock?

Email us at: orders@beequeengirl.com. We will notify you when the item becomes available again! What if something is wrong with my order or it does not arrive? First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us to see what can be done. Please email us with your order number! orders@beequeengirl.com


What are the care instructions?

Please wash inside out on delicate, hang dry and do not iron.
